Privacy policy
BadgeMaster (“the app”) is published by the operator of dexterity.works. This policy describes how the Android app handles information.
Summary
BadgeMaster stores your badges and photos only on your device. The current version does not use the internet, does not create an account, and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.
Data stored on your device
- Barcode / QR payloads, titles, and format metadata
- Optional photos you attach (card front and barcode source)
- ZIP backups you export or import yourself
We (the developers) do not receive this data. Uninstalling the app removes it from the device unless you also use Android backup features provided by your device or Google account.
Permissions
- Camera — scan codes and optionally take card photos.
- Photos / files (via system picker) — only when you choose a gallery image, screenshot, or backup file. The app does not browse your library in the background.
No network features (current version)
The app does not request internet access and does not upload badges or photos. Opening this privacy policy from the app uses your device’s browser.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. Do not store sensitive third-party credentials without a lawful basis to do so.
Changes
If a future version adds cloud sync or other network features, this policy will be updated before those features ship, and the Play listing / in-app notice will reflect the change.
